You will require the following documents from us:

PSG grant disbursement for any solution or adopted equipment will be through Business Grants Portal (BGP). You will require the following documents:

1. An Invoice
2. Bank statement showing the payment. 
3. A Purchase Order or signed acceptance of Quotation/ Contract
4. Receipt or cheque
5. Pictures or screenshots showing the Stendard Solution™ platform
6. Minimum of one-month Usage Report

• Business payment terms such as cheques and bank transfers from the company’s bank are accepted for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) claims.
• The card’s owner has to be the sole proprietor for credit card payments. In the case of business entities, there has to be an official document stating that the expenses incurred were by the company and not of a personal nature. Reimbursements to the director/individual who has paid using their credit card will also have to be shown.
• The claims must be submitted after the digital solutions are used, and expenses are fully paid; before the 13th-month mark after approval for purchases and the 7th-month mark after the approval for hire purchases, subscriptions, or leases.

• You can apply for more than one solution under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). Still, the deployment location of each solution must differ. 
• For applications supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG), there is also a grant cap of $30,000 for each business entity between 1 April to 31 March of every year. 
• You can check for your company’s annual grant cap on Business Grants Portal (BGP).

Submitted grant application status can be checked in Business Grants Portal (BSG) under the “My Application” section. You can view the status of their grant application by toggling between the tabs (Drafts/Processing/Actions Required/ Completed)

Processing time takes about 6 weeks after the submission of all required information.

• Enterprise Singapore would encourage enterprises to submit their claims after they have fully deployed, providing documents to show the use of the solution for at least one month. Any incomplete submissions will result in delays.
• If your company has submitted your GIRO form, funds will be disbursed in 7-10 working days from the date of claim approval. 

An email will be sent to the email address stated on the BGP to confirm the transaction.
